James AI Tech LLC welcomes responsible disclosure of security vulnerabilities affecting James products and infrastructure. Please report issues through the channel below so we can investigate and remediate promptly.
How to report
- Email security@anyjames.ai with a clear description of the issue.
- Include steps to reproduce, affected URLs or components, and impact assessment if known.
- Provide proof-of-concept materials only as needed to demonstrate the vulnerability.
- Allow reasonable time for remediation before public disclosure.
What to include
- Your contact information and optional PGP key
- Date of discovery and whether the issue is actively exploited
- Screenshots, logs, or request samples with sensitive data redacted
Out of scope
- Social engineering against James employees or customers
- Denial-of-service attacks against production systems
- Physical security issues unrelated to James digital services
- Issues in third-party services outside James control without a demonstrable impact on James data
Safe harbor
We will not pursue legal action against researchers who act in good faith, avoid privacy violations, and follow this policy. Activities must not degrade service availability or access data beyond what is necessary to demonstrate a finding.
Acknowledgments
With your permission, we may acknowledge researchers who help improve James security. We do not currently offer a public bug bounty program; recognition is at our discretion.
