This Usage Policy describes acceptable use of James products and services ("Services") operated by James AI Tech LLC. It supplements the Commercial or Consumer Terms that apply to your account.
1. Responsible AI use
You must use AI features lawfully and ethically. Do not use the Services to generate or disseminate illegal content, malware, harassment, or material that infringes intellectual property or privacy rights.
2. Security
Do not probe, scan, or test vulnerabilities except through our official vulnerability reporting channel. Do not interfere with Service integrity, attempt credential stuffing, or bypass access controls.
3. Automation and rate limits
API and pipeline usage must respect documented rate limits and fair-use expectations. Excessive automated traffic that degrades the platform for others may result in throttling or suspension.
4. Regulated and sensitive data
Do not submit protected health information, payment card data, or other regulated categories unless your agreement explicitly permits it and required safeguards (such as a BAA) are in place.
5. Third-party integrations
When connecting Jira, Git, or other systems, you must have authority to access those systems and must comply with their terms. James is not responsible for third-party service outages or policy violations on your behalf.
6. Enforcement
We may investigate suspected violations, remove content, suspend accounts, or terminate access to protect users and the platform. We may report illegal activity to authorities where required.
